A
beautiful meditation on your higher self with Brian Emmanuel Grey

Vortices
in the Aura Brought On By Our Psychology
from
a lecture by Brian Emmanuel Grey
We
have a higher self and our higher self wants us to be in communication
with it, not only to pray but to actually hear the return current
of the conversation. As Madame Blavatsky said, it was one thing
to desire to do right, and another to know what is good to do.
Every
single time that we have done or said something that was just
amazing, it was our own superconscious self kicking in through
the frontal lobe of the brain, where we used our free will over
a subconscious automatic response pattern.
The
subconscious tells us what to do all the time, like when we should
become offended. If we are offended by somebody because they remind
us of Cousin Bill, how long before they become offensive to us?
If we behave offensive to somebody, how long before they become
offended?
We’re constantly exchanging scripts on our habituated way
of meeting people, and we create a self confirming mechanism and
think we know what's going on. Instead of looking at how people
out there reminded us of Aunt Sally and Cousin Eddy and projecting
onto them a family inherited solution, we sought the solution
that comes from the realm of ideas, as Plato defined.
We
have been our best person in different times and places throughout
our lives. And in the moment, it was so amazing to those we were
speaking to and working with, as well as to ourselves, that we
could actually come up with something that was cocreative with
our higher self. We hit the ball out of the park.
Whenever
this happens, there’s a part of us that says, “O,
I want to be there forever; I want to be “on” and
able to deliver the payload of that higher potential every time.
Then there's another part of us that says, “Uhmm, if you
start washing feet, you’ll be washing feet for the rest
of your life.” It becomes the book that is sweet to the
mouth but bitter to the belly. On the one hand, we want this co-creation
but on the other hand, it makes us responsible. And we have a
whole set of inherited ideas about responsibility that come from
our childhood.
If
the higher self wants this communion with us and we want it as
well, what keeps it from us? What keeps us from communing with
this win-win superconscious potential? Unfortunately, it’s
us. It’s not the higher self, but the higher self will never
go against our free will.
We
come to that place in our free will where we have vested ourselves
in keeping the higher self out, and we just don’t know it
because it is subconscious. We have to navigate through all the
corridors of the subsconscious psyche to find the places where
we said “No” to the higher self, because we said “No”
to the gods that our parents represented to us when we were 0-3
years of age.
To
one parent, we said “Yes,” and they were the “good
god” of our 0-3 subconscious file. But when that “Yes”
parent didn’t stand up for us as little children, we buried
a hurt that became a secret “No.” There’s an
overt “Yes” between the “Yes parent” and
our child self, and there’s a covert hidden “No”
between the two. We had the defining moment where the “No”
parent was obviously wrong and we thought that the “Yes”
parent would back us in exposing that, as a win-win for both parents.
As
a child, we actually did something but it wasn't very articulate
and we were hoping that Dad or Mom, whoever was in the “Yes”
position, was going to affirm us and say, “This is what
she means, Fred.” Or, “This is what he means, Mary.”
Instead the child is told, “Don’t talk to your mother
like that; don’t talk to your father like that.” And
the child responds with disappointment and cynicism. “UHhhhh
– OK, I get it. I’m supposed to go into this illusory
reality for the rest of my life, that even though this is what
I know to be true, here’s what I have to believe is true.”
By
the time we’re four or five years old, this entire drama
is buried deep in our subconscious, and then we function as though
the thing we tried to expose as unreality and dispose of was wrong,
that this illusion is what’s right. And then we carry that
off in our interactions with others for the rest of our life.
And most people go cradle to the grave in this illusory pattern
of projecting internal circumstance out onto external people.
When
you get to the place where you gain a certain amount of spiritual
sight, you will notice the vortices that fill people’s auric
fields. These vortices correspond to different thoughts in the
mental sheath, different feelings in the astral sheath, and there
are even different vortices that will form within the physical
envelope. The vortices in a person’s physical body are registered
in their etheric double, and you can actually see pain points
that look like red screws or jags.
When we calm these vortices down within the four lower bodies,
we end up becoming that chalice point where the Light of God comes
down as we rise up and we meet God halfway in this communion.
as the Light comes up from inside of us and the Light comes down
from our I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, there is healing.
As long as these vortices are in our emotional, mental and physical
body, the Light of the Divine Dialogue cannot come into the chalice
because it will quicken the negative energy rather than quicken
the positive.
The
auric field is constantly changing and moving, and very much in
flux. Every single time a person has a feeling, for example within
their emotional body, there is a little vortex of energy that
shows up on the sheath and that carries a certain emotional perspective.
It’s the same thing in the mental body. Every thought creates
a whirlpool on the sheath. These whirlpools were initially put
into our sheaths through the primary contact of our earliest childhood.
Our
parents taught us how to discipline ourselves physically so we
could dress ourselves and put a spoon in our mouth. They taught
us to discipline ourselves emotionally to a certain extent and
even to control our mental attitude to a certain extent. But in
the disciplining, there was installed particular vortices that
became our habituated thoughts, feelings and actions. With clairvoyance,
you see that people are fixed in their vortices, and after a while
the vortices look like little hurricanes in the astral or mental
sheath and in the physical body as well. Some people actually
look like they're besieged by hornets. They have so many mental
concerns and so many emotional storms going on that it’s
amazing that they can do anything constructive.
When a person’s system goes counterclockwise, it becomes
stagnant and the center looks like pine sap. A person’s
mental sheath is supposed to be clear like a window glass but
instead there is this yellow pine sap and when they try and look
through it,it's like going to the State Fair and standing in front
of warped mirrors. You see the distortion that you inherited and
it is self-confirming. When a healer puts his physical hands on
somebody, what they do is they turn the vortex that is counterclockwise
and corresponds to a joint or an organ back to a clockwise motion.
Then, the energy starts to flow, bringing new life and light,
and what was stagnation now has a new energy core, that allows
the body to heal itself.
Many
people will say, for example, “All I did was talk to Caroline.
I don’t even know what we talked about but I felt so much
better after the conversation.” This is because Caroline
has a strong momentum of clockwise motion in her nature and when
she bumps into people, all their little vortices come into alignment.
It’s
the same healing action for our mental, emotional and physical
vortices. When our higher self releases a thought, feeling and
action through our free will, we experience a clockwise vortex
where the mind, the emotion and the action agree with each other.
For that short period of time, we blank out the negative counterclockwise
spirals within our mental, emotional and physical sheaths.
Every
time we pull down a divine blueprint, it stops the storms within
people’s mental, emotional and physical bodies. For that
short time, we have the opportunity to see outside of our habituated,
prescribed, inherited analysis of events.
Now when we hook up to the higher blueprint, we have all these
people listening to what we’re saying and expecting us to
turn the counterclockwise vortices clockwise, and to give them
a moment with their head above the water. If in that moment, we
give them something that we inherited and it’s not really
a co-creation with our higher self, it’s simply a regurgitation
of our subconscious self, they’ll take it and act as if
that’s what they’re supposed to be doing when it’s
time for them to lead others.
Concentration,
then, is the means through which we can clear out the mental and
emotional whirlpools that sap out all our energy and keep us so
flat that we have to operate from our subconscious to deal with
problems. If we get good at imaging through the third eye by concentrating,
meditating, and contemplating, we will anchor the right attention,
intention and suspension as a triangulation between the pituitary
and pineal glands, the root of the nose and the occipital lobe.
Then we can dial up to the superconscious seed atom of the etheric
body just above our head, which is the buddhic top knot. If you
look at the statues of the buddhas, they all have this projected
point on the top of their heads. That little point is where the
seed atom of the etheric body lies. It’s a non-physical
place on the body. That is the connection to our higher self.
In
the midst of the maelstrom, we have to be able to create an eye
in the hurricane where it’s all going to be blasting around
us. And wherever we walk is that place and that point of calm.
Wherever we walk, we become that island of sanctuary so that there
is a place of peace in the maelstrom. And we have to lift our
energies up to come to a place where we are no longer snagged
by the desires, where we’re no longer snagged by the carnal
mind’s pride, where we’re no longer in defense about
something that is an inherited human ideation.
We
have been bound by two bookends of desire and aversion –
things we want and things we don’t want. And these two things
create these vortices. One is an Alpha mechanism and the other
is an Omega mechanism
First
and foremost, wehave to deal with the whirlpools that appear in
the astral sheath, that are quite fixed and look just like sores.
We actually bleed energy out though these sores, where the sheath
gets worn with a particular habituated worry or desire or aversion
or negative feeling. And next thing you know it will rupture and
energy starts to bleed out, and you are feeding things on the
astral plane.
If
we’re feeding things on the astral plane, God can't fill
our lamp full of light where that sore spot will leak straight
into the astral plane because of habituated criticism, because
of habituated anger, because of a habituated feeling. God can’t
really use us as a vessel. This is why it is so important to start
to look at the stilling of the four lower bodies into a form of
concentration.
It
would be wonderful if we could just receive the Holy Spirit any
time we needed, because the Holy Spirit is remarkable in the way
in which it stills our whirlpools and pulls our consciousness
into what God is presenting. The Holy Spirit is something that
"bloweth as it listeth" and you can’t really count
on that from the point of view of orchestrating a given result
everytime. We know that the Holy Spirit will be there as a catalyst
that can come in at any time and really galvanize the collective
consciousness and our individuated consciousness into a focus
and remove these whirlpools, elevating the souls into a place
of connectedness. But our job is to enter into the Christ consciousness
whereby we literally command the water to be still within our
own vehicles, and with those who are the hearers.
